Thank you for shopping at Insight Digital Gyan. All our products are digital (e-books, coloring books, printable files and similar downloads). Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, please read this policy before you buy.

Once the product has been delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

You may request a refund if:

- The file is corrupted or does not open, and we cannot fix it.

- You received a different product from the one you ordered.

- You were charged more than once for the same order.

- You did not receive the product within 24 hours of a successful payment.

Email support.Insightdigitalgyan@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with:

- Your order number

- The email address used for the order

- A short description of the problem, with a screenshot if possible

We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the digital file has been delivered.
